About the Program:

The keynote speaker was Mark Moore, Director of the Hauser Center for Nonprofit Organizations at Harvard University and author of Creating Public Value: Strategic Management in Government.  Discussion topics included: balance sheets, fundraising ideas and events, conflict-of-interest policies, designing a board and successful advocacy strategies, among others. The Fall Forum brought together approximately 140 participants.
