Collaborative Strategy Session & Discussion on Field-Wide Challenges


This peer-led, full group discussion harnessed the strategic practices shared at the Fall Forum in order to address field-wide challenges. Attendees were given prompts to 'flip' difficult questions they were facing at their theatres, which led to a focused discussion on key trends that emerged. This session was co-led by Devon Berkshire, associate director of conferences; Dafina McMillan, director of conferences & communications; and Gus Schulenburg, associate director of communications, TCG; as well as Carmen Morgan, director, artEquity.
