iDisk for Mac OSX users

  • 1. If you're using Mac OSX version 10.3 or later, choose Go > iDisk, and then choose Other User's Public Folder from the submenu. Type the member name whose Public folder you want to open in the Member Name field, and then click Connect.
  • 2. User Name is americantheatre_ads; Password is atmads.

iDisk for Mac Classic users

  • Install software that enables WebDAV, the technology your Mac uses, to connect to iDisk. To download WebDAV software, Apple recommends the following website: www.webdav.org/goliath
  • After you have installed Goliath, open the application and go to File to Open iDisk Connection.
  • User Name is americantheatre_ads; Password is atmads.

Uploading File

  • Connect to iDisk.
  • Open Public folder.
  • Look for your company's name (eg. New Actors Workshop)
  • Drop/Drag your InDesign or Quark mechanical into the "LAYOUT" folder.
  • Drop/Drag all necessary High Resolution EPS or TIFF images into the "ART" folder.
  • Collect and Drop/Drag all Fonts into the "FONTS" folder.
  • Drop/Drag your High Resolution PDF file into the "PDF" folder.

Check List

  • FONTS: Have you embedded all fonts in your PDF File?
  • ART: Have you included all required images in your PDF File?
  • MECHANICAL: Did you provide all layout components, fonts, art, layout, and a PDF file?
  • NOTIFY CAROL VAN KEUREN, Director of Advertising, that you have uploaded your ads to the iDisk at ads@tcg.org.
