PROGRAM FACULTY 2010

Janet Massingill is a faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership® working with the education and not-for-profit sectors. She brings with her over 16 years of experience and expertise working as a trainer, consultant and coach with education, corporate and not-for-profit clients. By helping clients identify their interests, define their values and analyze their strengths, she assists them in developing an action plan to achieve their goals. Janet has a B.S. in psychology from Coastal Carolina University and a Master of Education at the University of South Carolina. In addition, she has a Business Coaching Certificate from Duke University and a Training and Development Certificate from UNC-Charlotte/American Society for Training and Development.

Richard Walsh is a senior faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership®. He is responsible for the design and delivery of custom leadership development initiatives for key clients and brings over 20 years of industry experience specializing in leadership development, executive coaching and mentoring. Prior to joining CCL, Rich served as executive director of the Center for Leadership & Executive Development and also as the Director of Leadership and Professional Development at NCR. He earned a B.S. in business administration concentrating in human resource management from Northeastern University and an M.B.A. from the University of Dayton. He attended graduate and executive education programs at Harvard University’s Business and Divinity Schools specializing in leadership and social ethics.
