APASO 2005: Maximizing Collective Strategies in Difficult Times

New York City, February 10-12, 2005

TCG, in collaboration with ART/New York, High 5 Tickets to the Arts, New Jersey Theatre Alliance and Theatre Development Fund, is hosting APASO 2005: Maximizing Collective Strategies in Difficult Times, slated for February 10-12. The APASO conference (Association of Performing Arts Service Organizations) begins on Thursday at 9:00 am at Roundabout Theatre's American Airlines Theatre with a cocktail reception following at the TCG office. The conference continues all day Friday at the Abingdon Theatre Company and concludes in the early afternoon on Saturday at the Signature Theatre Company. We anticipate a gathering of 60 to 75 people. Evenings are left free for participants to enjoy the lively performing arts scene in New York.

The conference will consist of plenary sessions and breakouts and will focus on a number of topics including: marketing strategies, new techniques in advocacy efforts, innovative collaborations and partnerships, healthcare issues among others. Participation is open to any not-for-profit performing arts service organization that is a part of the APASO network.
