Registration



Online Registration for Theatre at the Center and the National Performing Arts Convention is now closed. You may complete your registration form online, print it, and pay in Denver, or register onsite. Click here to go to the NPAC registration site.

At the Conference

All conference participants must check in for both the TCG Conference Sessions as well as the Convention in order to receive conference packets and nametags which are required for you to gain admission to each session.

To pick up materials for the TCG Conference sessions, check in dates, times and locations are as follows:

Tuesday, June 10, 6-9 PM at the TCG Lounge in the Orange Studio at the Denver Center Theatre Company.

Wednesday, June 11, 8 AM-12 PM outside The Stage at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.

Wednesday, June 11, 12 PM-5:30 PM in ArtsTown in the Colorado Convention Center.

Thursday, June 12 -, 9 AM-6:45 PM in ArtsTown in the Colorado Convention Center.

Friday, June 13, 9 AM-4 PM in ArtsTown in the Colorado Convention Center.

To pick up materials for the Convention, go to ArtsTown in the Colorado Convention Center. Check in dates and times for the Convention are as follows:

Wednesday, June 11, 7 AM-5:30 PM

Thursday, June 12, 9 AM-6:45PM

Friday, June 13, 9 AM-4 PM

In order to register for the TCG Conference, you must first register for the National Performing Arts Convention.

Supplemental Costs

Lodging, accommodations and meals are the responsibility of the participant. There will also be opptional pre-convention seminars that reqire additional registration fees. Some convention sessions may require an additional materials fee.

Refund/ Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations and/or requests for a refund received by the NPAC Convention Manager 30 days prior to the conference will be entitled to a refund of the total convention and conference fees paid, less a $50 administrative charge. Cancellations received after that time but prior to June 14, 2008 will be handled by the convention committee on a case by case basis. Refunds will not be made for no-shows, nor for requests made after June 14th. NPAC and TCG are not responsible for United States Postal Service or electronic mail failures.
