2010 TCG National Conference - Fees

TCG offers you a host of ways to save money on 2010 Conference costs:
• Take advantage of our Early Bird Registration and save $70 per person off standard registration rates. The Early Bird Deadline is April 13th.
• Register for both the National Conference and the TEAM Pre-Conference and recieve a $50 discount on your total registration.
• First time attendees to the National Conference are eligible for a discount off the total registration price - $50 for individuals, $100 for organizations.
• Buy 2 get 1 under 35 FREE! For every 2 people registered at the standard or early bird rate, register an additional person under the age of 35 absolutely FREE! After you have completed your first two registrations contact us at conference@tcg.org for instructions on how to receive your free registration.
• Senior Artist Discount! Invited Artists over the age of 65 not affiliated with a member organization are eligible to recieve a 20% discount off regular registration rates. E-mail conference@tcg.org for details on how to take advantage of this offer.
• Register 4 get 1 for 1/2 PRICE! For every 4 staff members registered at the standard or early bird rate, register an additional staff member at a 50% discount. After you have completed 4 staff registrations contact us at conference@tcg.org for instructions on how to register your 5th staff member at the discounted rate.
• Scholarships: TCG is able to provide a limited number of small scholarships to help defray the cost of conference registration. Scholarships are limited to theatres located more than 500 miles from Chicago, IL who have completed the registration process. Apply here.

There is a $75 Cancellation Fee for any registration canceled prior to May 14th. Registration fees will not be refunded after May 14, 2010.
