TCG has arranged for a number of hotel options for the Fall Forum. Given the fact that November is in the midst of the high season, rooms are in short supply and quite expensive. We urge you to reserve early to avoid disappointment. The negotiated rates listed below are only good through the registration deadline (extended to October 11). The Friday dinner is at Bryant Park Grill at 40th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues, and the remainder of the Forum will be held at the Public Theater in the East Village, 425 Lafayette Street.

    The elegant Fitzpatrick Grand Central Hotel offers deluxe accommodations and a full array of amenities and services for business and leisure travelers, in the heart of midtown Manhattan, just around the corner from the world's most famous station. All rooms offer you two-line telephones with voicemail and dataport, cable television, personal safe, mini-refrigerator, trouser press, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and terrycloth bathrobes. 24-hour room service is also available, in addition to in-room tea and coffee making facilities.

    Rate is $329/night plus taxes for a standard room with one queen bed. Keep in mind, you must cancel 72 hours in advance of your arrival date to avoid a one night's charge penalty.

    Reservation Code: refer to "Theatre Communications Group" for the membership rate. Club Quarters is a private, full-service hotel designed for the business traveler. Rooms include high speed wireless internet access, cordless and speakerphones with voicemail and data ports, cable/satellite, on-demand movies and coffee/tea maker.

    Rates range from $184 to $214/night plus taxes (depending on the location). Keep in mind, you must cancel 72 hours in advance of your arrival date, before 5:00pm (EST), to avoid a one night's charge penalty.

    Lois Lane Travel is TCG's travel agent and has access to a number of hotels at various discounts (supplies are limited at each hotel). Keep in mind, you must cancel 72 hours in advance of your arrival date to avoid a penalty.

  • By Air:
    TCG is also delighted to offer participants a special discount agreement with United Airlines, the official airline of the Fall Forum. Book early and take advantage of the promotional fares that give you the greatest savings! Earn a 5% discount off the lowest applicable fare, including First Class, or 10% off the mid-week coach fare. By purchasing your ticket at least 30 days in advance of your scheduled travel you will receive an additional 5% discount. Book your flights for the Fall Forum online at United.com and you will get a 10% discount plus 1000 bonus miles and no booking fees. You must enter "598CH" in the "Electronic certificate or promotion code" field when making your online reservation to receive this discount. To book your discount flights by phone, simply call (or have your travel agent call) the Special Meeting Desk at (800) 521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID Number 598CH. Agents are on duty 7 days a week from 7 am to 12 midnight (EST). Mileage Plus members receive full credit for all miles flown to this meeting.
