It is very important that you “attend" all of the meetings listed below. To increase the effectiveness of the teleconferences, we divide participants into one of two groups, according to annual budget. Please select the groupthat applies to your theatre.
Group A ($3 million and over)	Group B (under $3 million )
Please write a brief (150 words) biography of yourself. We will compile and distribute bio and contact sheets for all participants before the first teleconference.
