Instructions

This form is for those who wish to be matched with a Knowledge Donor to receive guidance on a particular issue. You will be asked to specify an area of need and to provide a brief explanation of the challenge you are facing. See the list below for areas of need. If you don’t see your area of need listed, contact Amanda Davidowitz , management programs associate. Upon completion of the form, you will receive a confirmation email. We will search for a Knowledge Donor whose experience fits your needs and contact you when a match is made.
