About the Premiere Production:

Experience the healing power of love during The Blessing of a Broken Heart, an inspirational workshop production based on the award-winning book by Sherri Mandell. Adapted and directed by the Rep’s Associate Artistic Director Todd Salovey, this world premiere drama takes the audience on a mother’s incredible journey as she struggles to find strength in the midst of a horrendous family tragedy. A proud recipient of an Edgerton Foundation New American Play Award, The Blessing of a Broken Heart stars Lisa Robins as Sherri and Daniel Myers as her young son Koby.
