APASO: Maximizing Collective Strategies in Difficult Times
New York City, February 10-12, 2005
TCG, in collaboration with ART/New York, High 5 Tickets to the Arts, New Jersey Theatre Alliance and Theatre Development Fund, hosted the conference, Maximizing Collective Strategies in Difficult Times, for APASO (Association of Performing Arts Service Organizations.) The conference contained plenary sessions and breakouts and focused on a number of topics which included: marketing strategies, new techniques in advocacy efforts, innovative collaborations and partnerships and healthcare issues for arts service organizations. Participation was open to all not-for-profit performing arts service organization that were a part of the APASO network.

On Thursday, February 10, events were held at the Roundabout Theatre's American Airlines Theatre followed by a cocktail reception at TCG's headquarters.
On Friday, February 11, events were held at the Abingdon Theatre Company.
On Saturday, February 12, events were held at the Signature Theatre Company.
