We are thrilled to share our content proposal form with you for the 2024 TCG National Conference: Chicago.
In case you missed it, our National Conference will be happening June 20th to 22nd, 2024 as a hybrid event with Chicago as our host city!
Happening over three full days, the conference will be driven by sessions and various other forms of content happening online (virtual) only, in-person (IRL) only, and sometimes in a hybrid form, meaning live in-person with active participation from online participants. Attendees will participate virtually or in-person - these are the only two paths to attendance. Stay tuned for registration to open this fall!
How to Submit Content/Session Ideas
All session and programming ideas for the 2024 TCG National Conference will be accepted until Monday, October 30, 11:59pm ET, at which time the form will close. A few things to note:
- View this guide to TCG's Conference Programming Formats ahead of submitting, and take note that there are new programming formats to consider this year!
- For all proposals, you do not have to be the proposed moderator or session leader to submit a session or content idea; you may recommend content that you've experienced or name possible speakers to lead content that you think would be compelling.
- We will follow up with you on submissions by December 15, if we plan to include some version of your idea.
